MISSION STATEMENT
Through the intercession of Mary, Mater Dei (Mother of God) Parish is a dynamic faith sharing community, devoted to serving and glorifying Jesus, the Lord of life.
(Mater Dei Parish, 1114 S.W. 10th Ave., includes two churches: Holy Name, S.W. 10th and Clay, and Assumption, 204 S.W. 8th.)

THE BASICS

Mater Dei Early Childhood Development Center serves children beginning at six weeks of age. Mater Dei Catholic School is for students in kindergarten through eighth grades.

SERVICES
Homebound services
Ministry takes communion to homebound members. A nun makes visits to the hospitals and to those who are homebound. Other Outreach Services:
Serve meals once a month at Let's Help. Offer sandwich ministry at Assumption location. Support Doorstep, Marion Clinic and other local charities.
